هدف از این وب سایت هشدار دادن به بانک های جهانی و انتقال دهندگان پول و صرافی ها درخصوص سرقت صورت گرفته توسط کیومرث یگانه پرست، معروف به کیومرث یگانه یا کیومرث و دو دخترش سحر یگانه پرست و سایه یگانه پرست است. آخرین شغل کیومرث که از آن اطلاعی در دست است، مدیر امور حقوقی و قراردادها در شرکت راه اندازی و بهره برداری صنایع نفت (http://www.oico.ir) بوده است. در سال 2001، پس از قتل پدرم حسین در ایران، من، مادر، برادر و خواهرم به کیومرث وکالت دادیم تا به نقد کردن املاک در ایران پرداخته و وجه حاصل از فروش املاک را برایمان ارسال کند. او اقدام به فروش برخی از املاک به ارث رسیده به ارزش میلیون ها دلار نمود اما هرگز پول آن را به ما پرداخت نکرد و سایر املاک به ارث رسیده را به نام دختران خود سحر یگانه پرست و سایه یگانه پرست ثبت نمود. او در سال 2014، مخفیانه در ایران دادخواستی را علیه خانواده ام ثبت کرد تا خود را قانوناً مدعی این میراث نماید. او به دادگاه دروغ گفته و ادعا کرد که نتوانسته ما را پیدا کند و بنابراین تنها راه برای ابلاغ (اطلاع دادن) این مسئله به ما انتشار آگهی در یک روزنامه ایرانی است. به طور معجزه آسایی یکی از وکلای وی - خانم میترا درجزی - آنقدر از این رفتار غیراخلاقی وی عصبانی شد که استعفا داد و این موضوع را به ما اطلاع داد، سپس در دادگاه ایران حاضر شدیم و حکم زیر را از قاضی ایرانی آقای ایرج افتخاری گرفتیم (اسکن حکم اصلی به زبان فارسی در ادامه آمده است). علاوه بر این، یک پرونده کیفری علیه کیومرث در شعبه 16 دفتر دادستانی عمومی تهرانپارس (پرونده شماره 91/6108/14004/532/920038) مطرح گردیده است.

The property registered in the
auxiliary plate no. 3992 from the main late no. 7182, in district 2 of Tehran
located in the southwestern part of the intersection between Hamid Golestani
and Madaen Streets, Narmak, which is the six entire portions of a piece of land
with an area of 157.10 square meters. In this property, a few stores are built,
which include the following items about which the plaintiff made some
explanations to be mentioned.
i.
A store known as Chaman Vegetable
store
ii.
Another store, which was previously
a supermarket according to the defendant, and it is now an office of
photocopy.
iii.
A hallway between the stores with
municipality plate no. 2, which should be possessed by the owner or his
attorney; But the plaintiff stated that one of the storeowners deforced the
property before, and that he took legal action to dispossess it, locked the
metal door and welded it. However, on the day of visit, the welding and the
lock were broken and another lock was installed on the door.

A store called Madaen Butcher with
municipality plate no. 108

The property with the auxiliary
plate no. 1222 from the main plate no. 6718 in district 2 of Tehran, located in
Hamzelouee Alley (which is placed in the north side of the municipality plate
no. 57), Zaif Street, Janbazan Street, Narmak. In this property, eight
apartments are built on the pilot (parking), which are listed below. The
plaintiff presented documents and explanations as below and the arbitrator’s
observations are mentioned here:

The apartment in the northern first
floor with an area of around 42.29 square meters, which is sold to Mrs.
Eshratosadat Aghamiri at a price of 84,000,000 rials by four people, namely
Bijan, Kiumars, Sayeh and Sahar Yeganeparast according to the sale contract no.
2848280, dated November 14, 2011, drawn up in Shabake Khabar Real Estate. The
plaintiff did not present the official transfer deed.
ii.
The apartment in the southern first
floor with an area of around 46.04 square meters, which is sold to Mr. Hamid
Karimiraja at a price of 109,000,000 rials by four people, namely Bijan,
Kiumars, Sayeh and Sahar Yeganeparast according to the sale contract no. 3871999,
dated May 30, 2012, drawn up in Shabake Khabar Real Estate. The plaintiff did
not present the official transfer deed.
iii.
The apartment in the northern second
floor with an area of around 51.01 square meters, which is sold to Mr. Ramin
Riazi at a price of 895,000,000 rials by four people, namely Bijan, Kiumars,
Sayeh and Sahar Yeganeparast according to the sale contract no. 221842, dated
September 23, 2011, drawn up in Golbarg Real Estate. However, in the
plaintiff’s report, the sale price of this property is mentioned to be
985,000,000 rials. The plaintiff did not present the official transfer deed.
iv.
The apartment in the southern second
floor with an area of around 62.04 square meters, which is sold to Mr.
Rouhollah Soufi at a price of 1,544,000,000 rials by four people, namely Bijan,
Kiumars, Sayeh and Sahar Yeganeparast according to the sale contract no.
3687268, dated May 2, 2012, drawn up in Shabake Khabar Real Estate Agency. The
plaintiff did not present the official transfer deed.
v.
The apartment in the northern third
floor with an area of around 50.91 square meters, which is sold to Mr. Meysam
Bakhshi at a price of 900,000,000 rials by four people, namely Bijan, Kiumars,
Sayeh and Sahar Yeganeparast according to the sale contract no. 723841, dated
May 4, 2011, drawn up in Sadaf Real Estate Agency. The plaintiff did not
present the official transfer deed.
vi.
The apartment in the southern third
floor with an area of around 61.94 square meters, which is sold to Mr. Kamrouz
Baniasadi at a price of 1,224,000,000 rials by four people, namely Bijan,
Kiumars, Sayeh and Sahar Yeganeparast according to the sale contract no.
2709775, dated October 14, 2011, drawn up in ??? Real Estate Agency. The
plaintiff did not present the official transfer deed.
vii.
The apartment in the northern fourth
floor with an area of around 50.91 square meters, with parking, one bedroom,
urban gas piping, water cooler channel, double galzed window, video phone
system, ceramic floor with no kitchen cabinet that has yet to be sold and is
possessed by the plaintiff and his brother Mr. Bijan Yeganeparast. The building
has elevator and its external view is granite stone.
viii.
The apartment in the southern fourth
floor with an area of around 61.94 square meters, with parking, two bedrooms,
urban gas piping, water cooler channel, double galzed window, video phone
system, ceramic floor with no kitchen cabinet that has yet to be sold and is
possessed by the plaintiff and his brother Mr. Bijan Yeganeparast. The building
has elevator and its external view is granite stone.
c.
The property with the
auxiliary plate no. 76771 from the main plate no. 2395, located in municipality plate no. 29, opposite
Choobtarash threeway, Golab blvd, Sadeghiyeh, with 40.2 x 50 meters dimension
and an area of 2010 square meters, which
is the place of residence and murder of the late Hossein Mohatasham Gharagozlou.
As stated by the plaintiff, the deceased obtained ownership deed in 1997
through Article 147 of the Amendment to the Registration Act, and the
property’s title deed was in Bank Melli’s Safety Case. On February 4, 2012, the
plaintiff, representing the heirs, sold the property to Mr. Saber Nadrzadeh at
a price of 26,750,000,000 rials according to a sale contract. The property has
Completion Certificate issued by the Municipality with the entry no. 22102915
dated August 14, 2010. Its application is public parking lot. An order against
the Municipality is obtained from the Court of Administrative Justice, and the
property is sold based on the said order. The buyer has not been able to obtain
Constriction Permit from the Municipality in the past three years, and the
property exists just as it was before.
d.
The property with auxiliary plate
no. 3 from the main plate no. 526 located in plate no. 197, Eidozaee Alley,
Northern Sajjad Street Intersection, Seyyed-o Shohada Street, Shahrak-e
Valiasr, Saveh Road, in which a building called Venus is built. The plaintiff
stated that the area of this land was 510 square meters with two reformed
meters in the west side. It is sold in 2006 in Ahmadi Real Estate Agency at a
price of 2,430,000,000 rials. The property’s sale contract was not presented to
the arbitrator.
